The N.Y.-N.J.-Sandy Hook Pilots Association recently took delivery of a high-speed, rough-water commuter dispatch boat. It is a 64-foot, allaluminum, twin-screw vessel designed by C. Raymond Hunt Associates of Boston, Mass., and built by Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding, The Duclos Corp.
